About Us
Better ways to work
Agile Dimensions was founded on the idea that there had to be a better way to work. After working for years in project management, we saw firsthand how many organizations were struggling to get the results they desired with their current methods. Drawing on our expertise in technology and project management, we knew that the agile approach was the answer. Our team is dedicated to helping our clients embrace this new way of working, so they can achieve better outcomes and unlock their full potential.

Agile Dimensions were established in 2012 with the aim to bring an agile mindset to the Perth market, and since then we have worked with global organisations in the mining, oil & gas, and finance sectors, as well as government organisations.
Andy Spamer - Our Principal Consultant
Andy has always been a technology geek, so it was natural he would start a career as a software engineer. As he gained experience he started to take more ownership of outcomes and eventually became a Project Manager achieving certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
However he was always a pragmatist and he quickly found that for the technology projects he was working on, PRINCE2 was too bureaucratic, and this led him to create his own cut down version - Pragmatic PRINCE.

Leading a large complex software project in 2004, Andy discovered Scrum. He worked with his team to try this approach, and it become clear this was the missing piece of his jigsaw. He honed his agile skills and knowledge for the next 6 years before emigrating to Australia in 2010.

Andy has continued to develop his skills, growing from a Scrum Master to an Agile Coach, and Business Transformation Consultant.
